Method :

1. Prepare the ingredients:

  • Chicken Breasts: slice thinly, Cabbage ( shredded) and Salt Chop onions, garlic and ginger. Set aside.

2. Cook the chicken:

Preparation: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high. Place the chicken on top and season with some salt, pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until chicken is golden and done. Take out the chicken from pan, keep aside.

3. Sauté the vegetables:

  • Add the cooked chicken back to skillet with cabbage. In go the soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Stir so that the sauce is in touch with all of the chicken and coleslaw. Also, if you want some heat in it add red pepper flakes.

5. Serve:
