Treat yourself to delicious garlic butter chicken breast you Can’t resist. Juicy, savory, and bursting with flavor—perfect for any meal!
Ingredients:
6 ounces 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skin-less)
– 4 tbsp butter
– 4 garlic cloves (minced)
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp paprika
~ 1/2 tsp dried or fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon of dried (or fresh) parsley
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Lemon wedges (for serving)
Method:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
First, pat the chicken breasts completely dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika and thyme.
2. Heat the Pan:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When it gets hot, place the chicken breasts.
3. Sear the Chicken:
Spray pan with a bit more nonstick, then cook chicken for 5-6 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F /75°C). Remove the chicken onto a plate.
4. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same pan, heat it on medium flam. Add in Butter let it melt. Melt butter then add garlic minced — cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant (Be careful to not burn your garlic) Reduce heat to medium.
5. Drizzle Chicken in melted garlic butter and Bake.
Return the chicken breasts to the pan and pour everything over with garlic butter sauce. Stir the chicken into this sauce to coat well and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve:
Remove the chicken from the pan and garnish with fresh parsley & lemon wedges Serve sides of choise: mashed potatoes, steamed veggies or rice
