To satisfy those Cheesy Garlic Parmesan craving cook up some deliciously crispy Easy garlic parmesan zucchini side dish, full of flavor!
One of my favorite Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Bowls that is so delicious and easy to make as a side or end up snack.
Ingredients:
4 medium zucchinis (cut round or into spears)
– 3 garlic cloves (minced)
– 3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
……… parsley, fresh (for garnish) OPTIONAL
Method:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or drizzle it lightly!
2. Prepare the Zucchini:
In a large bowl, combine zucchini slices or spears with olive oil, garlic and seasonings. Ensure the zucchini is simply coated entirely.
3. Arrange on Baking Sheet:
Spread the zucchini out evenly onto a baking sheet. All over the top of zucchini, spread evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Roast:
Place the baking sheet in your preheated oven and roast for 12-15 minutes or until zucchini is tender and Parmesan is melted.
5. Broil (Optional):
Optional, broil on high for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy (watching closely so they don’t burn).
6. Serve:
If desired, top with some fresh parsley for garnish and serve right away.
