– 1 cup cottage cheese
– 1 banana
1/2 cup frozen berries — strawberries, blueberries, etc.
1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
1 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
– Ice cubes (optional)
Method:
1. Combine Cottage Cheese, Banana, Frozen Berries Milk and sweetener if using into the blender Blend.
2. Thin to desired Consistency: Ice cubes can if you use them, then blend.
