Grilled Teriyaki Salmon

Fire up the grill for grilled teriyaki salmon, a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors that’s sure to elevate your next meal.

Grilled Teriyaki Salmon:

Ingredients:

– 4 salmon fillets

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 1/4 cup honey

– 1 tbsp rice vinegar

– 1 tbsp sesame oil

– 1 tbsp grated ginger

– 1 clove garlic, minced

Sesame seeds and sliced scallions for garnish

Method:

1. Pre-make teriyaki marinade: soy sauce, honey, vinegar (rice), sesame oil (if using), ginger to taste and garlic evenly mixed in small bowl

2. Place salmon fillets in a ziplock bag and pour marinade over top of them. Cover and refrigerate to marinate AMAZING AT LEAST 30 minutes.

3. Preheat a grill pan on the stove top over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets onto grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, brushing extra marinade on while cooking.

4. Remove the grill, garnish with a few sesame seeds over one side and some chopped green onions. Serve hot with rice or grilled veggies.
