  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Method :

1. Cook the aromatics:

  • Add some olive oil to a large pan and heat over medium. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until cooked extract becomes translucent – 4-5 minutes.
