Ingredients:
1/2 cup shrimp or fish fillets (lean and high in protein, minced)
– 1/4 cup fresh spinach or kale (vitamin and mineral dense, chopped fine)
– 1/4 cup carrots (grated)
– ¼ cup of peas (steamed and mashed)
1 tablespoon spirulina powder (optional, increases immunity and color)
– 1 packet unflavored gelatin (to bind it)
– 1 cup water
Method:
1. Prepare the vegetables:
Steamed spinach (or kale), carrots and peas to tender Cool down, then blend or chop finely.
2. Cook the protein:
– Briefly cook the prawns or fish fillets until fully cooked, then cut into small chunks.
